Having a Global Innovator Mindset means thinking big about the possibilities of Global Citizenship Education while also starting with small, manageable steps. It's about keeping the ultimate goal in mind, forming a dedicated yet team, and setting realistic timelines to achieve success. This could be similar to the small task force at your institution to implement the Global Citizenship Schools program or the GCED Innovative Schools program.
